I tried drawing three of them with a blue pen to try to be more loose, but the result (indicated by the arrow) seems less accurate. For pose no.1 I went back to pencil and above all I made a larger drawing, following Stan's suggestion. I am more satisfied but I am open to all your comments

Asked for help
Did some more and it seems I need to push the motion more. Hopefully the demo will have some good pointers for that

It seems to me that your drawings show a lot of rhythm and fluidity in the linework. My drawings look much more rigid

Thank you Stan for the useful suggestions. Sometimes I get lost in the details and do not simplify the shapes

Second attempt. The proportions seem more correct to me than in my first drawing. I've also tried using Stan's advice on line weight. I hope to get some suggestions from the community

My tasks. Rooster, buffalo and hippo with simple shapes (level 1) and same animals with shapes expressing their feelings on my drawings (level 2). Same thing for a donkey and a giraffe

My assignments. First one is a cute doodle from the skechbook of my favorite artist Jessica Karpishin. The second drawing is a "cartoon self portrait" of the most important italian Disney draftman, Giorgio Cavazzano. I found them funny

Waiting for a new lesson from Stan, I made other sketches from imagination. I got the amazing ideas from an app called Virink. What do you think about?

Taking a cue from Stan's excellent teachings, I have been trying to draw crocodiles. First one is from imagination

Here are my sketches - the final sketch ended up a little scratchy, but I was struggling with where to put all the tentacles! Plus huge wavy lines.. I read that female blanket octopuses are many thousands of times bigger than the males, so I thought I would play on that...

You have chosen the same subject as me for sketch from imagination. The octopus is really a very interesting subject to draw. I think your final result is better than mine

Here are my level one attempts. I’ll go back and try these again after watching Stan’’s demo - I know I failed at the loose sketching approach - but I tried. For the VR girl I included the first gesture sketch that I did - I defined the drawing’s envelop, found the midpoints of the figure (vertical and horizontal, but then didn’t do any more measuring - I just tried to find the right shapes to fit on the gesture.

Yes, I think you've lost a bit the proportions of the VR girl. However, the stroke seems a little hesitant to me, not confident. Much better penguin and spider hand. But that's just a beginner's opinion
