Great Video thanks Oh, I thought this was Marshall's Perspective Course. Marshalls Perspective on Perspective as mentioned in The Draftsmen? :(

The unexpected thing is that all "distortions" disappear when an image is viewed from it's actual station point. Try it and then see if you guess why this happens.

I’m not sure what an object’s station point is because I thought the SP is where we the viewer are, right? Can objects have one in this case? Nonetheless, taking a stab at it…the station point is where the lines coming from the vanishing points meet. It forms a 90 degree angle in 3D space. I’m guessing things are least distorted here because it’s the part closest to the viewer where there is the least amount of foreshortening? The centre?

@Sita Rabeling and @Blondie the good So I found this 3D model which can be simplified into boxes and rounded forms, exactly like the anvil/arrows we did. It also provides the ground plane making the hl obvious: https://sketchfab.com/3d-models/florence-cathedralgothicfioremapscanduomo-dd1bff8c880d4c22ad1f7bd4117c39f5 vertigo allowing I was thinking of doing a personal mini challenge of 5 very simplified views if you want to join me? :3 (anyone else who likes the idea is also welcome!)
