About the Instructor

Hi, I'm Sterling Hundley, I'm an award-winning illustrator, designer, and professor with over 25 years of professional experience. My work has appeared in films, books, magazines, comics, games and galleries for Rolling Stone, NASA, The New Yorker, Luma Pictures, Studio Canal, Criterion Collection, Major League Baseball, and the United States Postal Service, Victoria and Albert Museum and the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts.

In the classroom and in the studio, I've developed a proven system for helping artists discover their voice while building professional work for both personal and client projects.

Is this price a monthly fee?

No, it’s a one-time payment and you have access to VOICE videos forever. You are essentially purchasing a product. It’s not a subscription.

Can I download the videos?

Yup! Each video is downloadable as an mp4 file at 1080p. Please don’t share the videos. Each purchase helps Sterling to create future courses like these.

Are there any prerequisites?

We suggest taking Ideacraft: How to draw pictures that speak louder than words from Sterling Hundley before taking this course. VOICE builds on lessons shared in Ideacraft.

What materials do I need for this course?

I demonstrate a wide variety of materials in VOICE, but all you need to start are the following:

Sketchbook
Pencil
A variety of marker sizes (I use Sharpies)
Ballpoint pen (black or blue)
Sheets of Loose paper printer paper
If you prefer to work digitally, you'll need some type of stylus and a tablet.

Additional supplies can be purchased as the course progresses if you decide to follow the demonstrations.

Will you be adding new lessons?

No, you'll have access to the full course after the presale ends.

If I bought one of your videos on a different platform (gumroad, skillshare, etc.) will I have access to them here?

Unfortunately no, Proko is a completely different platform and cannot transfer your purchase over.

Is this the same course you sell on other sites?

I do sell the original VOICE course on other platforms but this revised version is only available on Proko.

The revised version of Ideacraft includes,
