Welcome! 

Thank you for enrolling in Voice: finding your personal voice in the artificial age. I'm Sterling Hundley and I've put this course together to introduce a framework to help you find your best personal, artistic voice in the artificial age. Finding your voice as an artist is the hardest thing you will ever do creatively. Voice is your unique and novel view of the world and the work that you will create in response. There is no easy to follow roadmap or clear destination. You will have to take a leap of faith to find those things that are distinct within you. 

Voice was designed as a six-week course. While you can move at your own pace, taking time to read all of the lessons, watch the videos, demonstrations and case studies, as well as doing the Minor and Major Assignments takes time to process and understand. With over 25 years working as a Professor, mentor and professional artist, I've paced the class to be challenging, but manageable within a six-week time frame. 

If you choose to start on a Friday and complete your orientation assignment over the weekend, you'll be set to begin your first official lesson on a Monday. Adjust your schedule accordingly to get the most out of Voice.
