I’m not sure it’s what meant to do, but including personal practice, I began to realize the light probe is so useful!

I usually used multiply layer, so I have forgot about this kind of value choosing. But I remember now! And it’s fun when succeed.

I think I should start from scratch, I did lesson1. May be I should continue to improve my 3d awareness!

Thank you for feedback! The ice cap incident was so helpful! I only thought of direction of light, but not the distance. I think this light probe is fundamental way of training to construct light & shadow in my brain. I am lucky to know this on your class! Really thanks!

Thank you for feedback!  I realized when I draw watching photo, my brain misunderstand referencing with copying.  As your feedback of my egg with photo, I didn't realize I was using such less band of scale.  Mine used too much dark side compare to the one seeing real one.  This was because the photo was. I should be careful to use photo as reference but not apotheosis!

Thank you for feedback! I never thought of the ability of seeing gradations. This is like checking test of my ability. I should do this in a certain period. Maybe my current weakness is the light side. as I miss the effect assignment(used different darkness in the side and top of the cube), tendency of watching light side more dramatically.

The mannequin part was very helpful ,especially the occlusions of body and arm. Thank you!

1 before. 2 after. This quick sketch was so interesting. I thought making things looks 3d is hard because it takes time, but maybe it’s wrong. The hard thing is to set proper 1,2,3read.not time.
