The subtitles aren't working – neither the English nor the Spanish ones. Only with this video, so it's probably not a player issue.
LESSON NOTES

What's in Premium?

In this final critique, we move beyond basic shading and look at how to bring your drawings to a fully finished state. A common mistake is rendering every detail with the exact same focus. This makes your art look stiff and mechanical. In the premium video, I show you how to set up your composition and organize your local values before you even think about light and shadow. You will learn how to use lost and found edges to create a realistic depth of field that guides the viewer's eye. We also cover how to group your values to control your focal point and tell a better story. I demonstrate these techniques directly over student submissions so you can see exactly how to fix common rendering problems.

Rendering every detail with the same sharp focus makes drawings look mechanical. Elevate your shading by establishing local values before adding light. Controlling your edges guides the eye to your focal point and creates natural depth.
