Got my sizes wrong so ended up cutting off part of the head, but it turned out okay I think. Thanks Liron!
Very interesting study of values. Started with alla prima of the face and neck, moved to the ear, hair, then background (for contrast against the lights). Felt that a few lost edges suited the overall feel. Tinkered and experimented with second washes, blending and lifting. Lots of fun!
Really interesting lesson, overworked it a bit but slowly matching the values was a lot of fun!
