LESSON NOTES
In this premium episode I show you how to draw dynamic hand bones. Hands are mostly bone. There’s some muscles, skin, and nails, but the bones are the structure of the hand and if you can draw dynamic hand bones, you’re 90% there.
In order to do this I’m gonna start with the gesture, since we’re drawing dynamic hands. Then we’ll add the structure of the basic forms.

Hello, this is my submission for the hand assignment. Biggest problem I had is the framing of the drawings, I let few of those to get out of my paper format :/

I think these look great! Very nice gestural lines. It helps to make some marks to determine where the boundaries of your drawing will be on the page so you don't run out of room. It's called the envelope method, and you're laying in the basic proportions as well as the overall shape of your subject, using light lines. It seems like you might be doing this already with some of your drawings, so you could also try drawing on larger paper since it seems like you like to work at a larger scale!

- I think the thumb is lacking the metacarpal, making it start very high up on the palm

Help, the hand assignment has taken the longest for me to accomplish. It's very hard for me to keep all the "finger" boxes in perspective and to foreshorten them appropriately. Please help, pleas critique.
i think the hand in the bottom right got a bit messed up on the fingers but other then that it looks perfect

Hands are complicated but looks like you did it very well. Proportions look worked out fine. Is that a question mark above the thumb on lower middle hand drawing? I was wondering if you had a question about that area specifically.
