Hey, I can't find the download for the shere khan study, could someone help me?
Upon tracing this, I started to get a glimpse what Milt Kahl was doing...good god! I'm doing more of this kind of assignment! Very eye opening.
Drawings made with mechanical pencil, charcoal and ink. Gosh! I noticed how easy it is to try to imitate instead of looking for shapes and curves and also wanting to fix things!
Should we be posting our assignments in the comments or the assignment tab as I see postings in both?
This 10 out 15 pages for the Chapter 1 assignment, most have been done with lead 0.7mm pencil ,HB pencil ,and a blue prismacolor pencil. I used reference from films, magazines and ask some family members assistance since COVID have been affecting my state. I apologize for posting so late, a lot been happening on my side.
I see that I’ve been posting my Chapter 1 assignment is the wrong links, and I apologize for that. So, one last time, here it is. 10 of my 16 pages, and I used graphite, non-photo blue colored pencils, and gel pen. Please let me know what you think.
The third and fifth attachments I did from life and the rest were drawn from movies. I will do 5 to 10 more pages asap. I did 5 pages in pencil and 5 in color pencil.
Did the Shere Khan study and wow the curves vs straights advice really made me look at it differently. Loving this course and excited to keep going!
Hi! A humbing assignment for me: I use to go sketching outside, but never people... they're easier in photograph or in life drawing session :) !! Will try to make a habit of it from now on...
Hey! Loving the lessons so far. Question regarding characteristic features. What should I do when I can't seem to find any prominent features in a person (regular sized nose, regular eyes, everything pretty "average")? Should I somehow force it and emphasize whatever I feel like?
I am not seeing any assignment notes. This is my first Proko course... am I missing something?
