Here are my sketches from the last few days. I followed the @decentworking advice and it seems to me that there has been some improvement. I went through moments of frustration before I realize that, maybe, I could change the position of the sheet and so I used the table stand. I also tried to change the handle of the pencil, keeping it like Stan and I have to say that a world opened up for me. I have to work on the Line quality because it is very big, but it was more natural to move my whole arm. Suggestions and criticisms are always very welcome

Looking amazing! Love the fluidity that comes from using the shoulder and arm. The improvement through these 20 pages is tangible. Hopefully someone with more experience than me can give you some useful critique instead of just praise!

I've tried other animal portraits on procreates. My favorite model of course is my cat Brusli (who has grown up by now).

Hi everyone, here are some gesture drawing from various reference. In the second and third photos I tried to draw thirty-second poses. Not simple at all 😅Any feedback is appreciate!

From a beginner - Looking solid. Some of the poses, particularly on page 2, look constructed of mostly straight lines. Even if a pose is intentionally stiff/menacing/tense, there could still be a natural flow and curve in some places, I believe. See attached picture for one example. I would also encourage you to do some larger gestures, to feel the flowing shoulder motions, if you haven’t already. Again, I’m a beginner so take with grain of salt! Keep it up.

I have to admit that I hadn't done some warm-up before drawing. I made a few circles and changed subjects. It seems to me that this second attempt went better. Any comment is very welcome

Hello everyone! I don't know about you but as far as I'm concerned, this project literally killed me! The choice of masters was difficult and some that I love (like Janry and Aaron Blaise) are not among those attached below that I crippled badly. In the end the sentimental reasons influenced the choice so I tried to study the trait of the Italian Disney masters I prefer, Giorgio Cavazzano and Andrea Freccero. Then I moved on to Uderzo and at this point I realized that it was essential to ink the drawings so I pulled some brushes out of a drawer. This attempt made me laugh and cry together. In so as not to spare myself, I tried another love from my childhood: Schulz. This time nib and ink and down to laugh alone at my terrible performance. But the worst moment I think came with Will Eisner. I honestly think his work is inimitable. His trait is true gestures, the synthesis of movement, expressiveness. When I finished inking my little drawing I just wanted to apologize…

I've tried to put into practice everything we've seen so far. I really wanted to draw what I thought when I saw this cat's ninja posture, so there will probably be a lot of mistakes. I started from the rough drawing until I got to the colored design. Any criticism is super appreciated! I think there's something wrong but I don't know what…

Thank you very much @The guy from BluishDot. Working digitally is easier and faster. Now I'm struggling with pencil and ink on paper for the next assignment.

I gave it a try both on paper and digitally. It seems quite flat to me ... probably my lines are all quite similar
