Might try my hand at level 2 one of the next days, but I feel like the first shoe (the one to the left) was going well until I tried doing laces, then I ended up erasing lines and the whole shoe ended up kinda chaotic, but I like the other one tho, but man laces are hard to draw xD

It’s ok if the laces flop around a little chaotically. It makes the drawing more interesting.

You did a good job making sense of them towards the bottom as they lace through the eyelets but I can see where you lost your way a bit in the knot at the top. Just take your time and try not to rush it, only move at the pace of your thoughts. It will take a while but your speed will increase with practice. These look great, keep it up :)

Asked for help
Drew the pears over three days. I will be doing the portrait tomorrow and then I am gonna do it all on the pc too :) I want to take it slow with this course and really dig deep.
Always had a hard time using the pencil to get different shades that aren't murky since I mostly use around one or two, so using four pencils and just applying gentle pressure gave night and day results:)
