Drawing asymmetrical shapes in perspective requires a solid ground plan.
Instead of guessing where curves belong, plot them on a flat ground plane first. Projecting these points upward helps you build accurate proportions from simple ortho views.
I do the cast shadow thing too, plotting an object on a floor first. I was really glad to see someone else do the same :o Enjoyed this very much, thanks Yves
It was fun to do this demo for Marshall's class. I learned a few things about pianos too from Marshall as he art directed me through the demo.
