LESSON NOTES
Here's an example of a muscular yet dynamic arm drawing. A lot of students have a hard time keeping the gesture when they make the muscles bigger.
Some Tips: 1.Construct with a balance of straights and curves 2.Look for asymmetries 3.Find the main gesture in the beginning and design the muscle shapes to help that gesture.

First one does look a little bit stiff but it's not really noticeable. Your shape design on it is cool.
I like how you did the second one, looking at it i can really feel the weight and pressure in the arm. I will say the wrist looks a little too curved (but I haven't learned the anatomy for that part of the arm well yet so if some else has told you otherwise, listen to them)
unfortunately I don't know enough about triceps to be able to help you with those, hopefully someone else can lol.
keep up the good work!
2021/9/13. Hi all. This is my first attempt for this example. And I'm not really happy with the result. I totally confused the lateral head with the brachialis. I'll do it again after watch Stan's video. Thanks.
