Try to simplify what you see in the reference in to a simple mannequin. The goal is to understand the forms of these creatures. So it's okay if it isn't a perfect copy. I feel like you tried too much to make your drawing look like the reference without using simple forms.

Great attempt MSD. I would advise you to repeat this process again and be a little more mindful of all the techniques you've learned in Module 2. Start by recognising the simplest forms and then apply addition, subtraction, form wrapping, contour manipulation etc where you deem necessary to achieve a result that looks similar to the reference. It helps a lot if you draw through your forms as well, to get a good sense of their volume. Keep up the good work!
