I'm getting a plasticky, mannequin like quality in the highlighted area of her face and I think it may be from too much white in the highlights. Next, I'll address the shadows and folds in her blouse and her collar, but I want to keep the blouse pretty loose. And I guess I need to deal with that ear. Why do I hate painting ears so much?! :)

the plastic feeling will go away if you vibrate some cools and warms within the flesh color. It's just the nature of starting out with one flesh tone color but variations of color added later can bring it to a more realistic look.
