ASSIGNMENTS
- Gather 3 different references from birds (at least 1 needs to be a bat).
- Draw each reference as you see it with simplified manipulated forms.
- Rotate each reference 2 times in a different angle (for a total of 9 drawings).
This was more difficult. As others have noted, it's hard to process very thin volumes, especially once foreshortening takes place. I think I both under- and overdone it within the assignment.
I actually found these more difficult than the reptiles. I think I have trouble visualizing the flatter plane like shapes of the wings in space than I do cylindrical shapes.
Wow these are really good!! I like how you showcased how we are really just wrapping cones to form the wings
Hi,
I still think I need improvement but im going to share them anyway. I’ll probably get back to them later
the wings were very challenging. i struggled with the bat wings mostly. I will keep practicing them with other bat pictures.

Awesome wings Geek!!!
Hi there. Here it is my first round of birds. I am having a blast aand my brain is hurting at the same time. :)
The two thinks I find more dificult are:
1. How to show wings bending toward the camera.
2. And the head from the bat.
But this execise it is increasing by far my visual library!
Quick question. Where are the resources? I just don't find them :)
