Here is my note for what I've learned so far this week. And I'm so satisfied with the way Michael teaches. I can't wait to learn the drapery lessons. But as far as Michael explained, figures are one of the most important part. So, I'm gonna make sure I'll practice enough figures. Thanks for the great lessons, see you in project.
LESSON NOTES

What's in Premium?

I show you how to draw the figure from the back view using the same simple shapes we used for the front. We tackle foreshortening and extreme angles by adjusting the proportions of your shapes. I cover how to modify the head shape for the back of the skull, connect the neck and spine, and use form intersections to make your drawing look three-dimensional. You will also learn how to place the scapula and the back of the knee to show proper rotation. Finally, I break down the concepts of part, position, and perspective so you have a solid mannequin ready for clothing.

Drawing the back of the figure relies on the same simple shapes as the front. You can manage extreme foreshortening by focusing on form intersections and tracking the spine. This gives you a solid mannequin to accurately place clothing folds.
