Hello everyone in the following image I wanted to draw two person one is opening a luch box(the blue color box represents lunch box) and the other person is hungry and in a hurry for the lunch box to be opened
*The one with the first closed does it looking like the character is hungry and in a hurry for the lunch box to be opened
* The other character who is holding the box is the pose and feeling of it ok also does this character also be in a hurry feeling

Hey there! Is this for a comic? One thing to consider when trying to show emotion in characters is how far away they are. Now, maybe you need to establish the location with this shot, but otherwise I would pull the "camera" in a little closer so we can better see the two characters expressions. Then to characterize them, I just picture what I look like when im in a hurry or when I'm hungry! Maybe I would be holding my empty stomach, eyes glazed over, half drooling? Or if I was in a hurry my actions would be large and exaggerated.
So my advice would be to pull in a little closer, and really push the physical actions of the two of them.
