Need a critique on these drawings

Hello! Nice work so far on these!
I'm an intermediate artist but I think what you could improve is focus less on details like shadows, features like lines that mark parts of the body like the ribs, muscle, etc. And focus more on the gesture of the pose itself, you got the overall shape of the pose, but the gesture is a bit stiff, I'd suggest starting from there!
https://www.youtube.com/@ProkoTV The Proko youtube channel has many resource videos on how to approach Gesture drawing, free videos which are free to access, if you can't afford a course, these are great to get you on the path!
If you can afford a course, I really recommend Stan Prokopenko's Figure Drawing Fundamentals https://www.proko.com/course/figure-drawing-fundamentals which I have been taking, it's really good and goes in depth about the approach to the figure in terms of gesture at the start, and it guides you along how to solidify the gesture into more constructed shapes and how to add all the details, starting from the gesture drawing.
There is also Michael Hampton's gesture course https://www.proko.com/course/the-gesture-course, I haven't taken this course personally, but Michael is a great teacher and Proko's youtube have some of the lessons from the course up in youtube for free.
