I want to start drawing a horror comic in a cartoon style and I need feedback with my cartooning style. I feel like when I post them on social media it doesn't get the attention I'm expecting. I don't know if it is an algorithm issue or ppl think I'm that bad of drawing. I don't have connections with industry/rich ppl or any nepotism. At art fairs and comic conventions in artist alleys, I sell prints of surreal dark fantasy paintings closer to realism side by side with my cartooning art. All my drawings were made on Clip Studio Paint based on IPs and draw-this-in your-style challenges on Instagram. 1. Are my drawings too stiff? 2. Is the inking and hatching terrible? 3. I sometimes struggle with exaggeration and structurally anatomy that fits somewhat with my cartooning. Which pieces work and and which ones don't? 4. Do the colour palettes work on any of these pieces? 5. What would be good tutorials for me to pay attention to? 6. Which famous professional artists in the comic industry should I study based on the cartooning art I've shown? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
