Well, I think I'll be repeating these excercises a few times!

Here is Level 1. For Level 2 I'm going to redo those that challenged me the most, which are quite a few. Anyways, I really like this kind of challenges because when I don't know where to go, the "simple" exercises will show.

The figures are each 35 mins and the head is 45. Was fun and again a lesson learned - it is practicing the parts that are uncomfortable more...

First two are 1 mins and last two are 5 mins. First time since long that I drew the figure. So probably full of mistakes, but it was fun.

My focus was on the torso and shoulders. I wanted to shade first and then show the anatomy, but it doesn't look like I imagined :D

Love the timer tool.. i tried timing my drawing sessions with windows timer but i always forget to restart it or i get to caught up on the reference and forget to change the image. This way you are somehow forced to let go of the image and focus on the next one as much as you can. 4 studies each around 40 minutes.

Looks so cool. May I ask what program and brushes you used?

Can someone please help me understand one of the reference photos? Ive looked through the models in anatomy course and can’t really figure out what is bulging out on his back. Ive looked at shoulder muscles and cant see any muscle go in dis direction (upward) even if his arm is raised they havent that direction. And i don’t think it looks like part of the trapezius either. Is it something undertneath bulging out? Romboid? Erector spinae?

My guess is infraspinatus.
