My attempt, I definitely feel like I can do better, especially with the core shadow and the cast shadow, but im not quite sure how to do it. I'll reattempt after watching the critiques
Second attempt, I'm going to keep trying it later on, if i do one i really like i might post it, if you see anything i could change or do better at do let me know, thanks

Mr hampton, by the way, if you are still responding to posts under here, what would you say is best for inventing poses for making comics and characters? parts gesture or the 16 lines?

Kinda depends on how you invent. The 16 line method is best for working out poses without committing to detail and the shape method seems best for inventing a more specific body type quickly.

Here's the improvised, was only able to do 8 tonight, finishing the last 2 tomorrow
here's the last gesture, of the mother of achilles, thetis, pleading with Jove (zues) to be with her son against the king agamemnon since i started reading the illiad earlier lol

I'm having a lot of troube with this to be totally honest with you, im really trying to not draw the contour, but i cant really get that through my head

Had a fun time with this, making 2 little farm homes and a shed. I noticed after I drew this that I really should've came up with a horizon line, because the shed looks out of perspective with the other two houses, but all in all it was fun making. Any critiques would be nice, thanks!
