The first attempt was a bit frustrating as you might be able to see from the tear of the paper :)

I like the way some of the lines in the original appear random (especially keane) the one from Ivanovo seems to be prioritizing light source from the left (?)

Decided to go for importance, giving more weight to the lines on the head and horns

I felt with the penguin there was not much to sketch, but I had fun doing these drawings :) I feel like my line quality has improved greatly

Some new attempts on simplifying to CSI . I used to do sketches with copying form observation. Now I trying to process on what I see. But I still cant do it very well.

very cool! Love the way you used simple shading to give the images more contour

My attempt at the snail (lvl 1). At first I (thought) was able to identify some shapes from the shell and the body, but of course, putting pencil to paper is a whole different story. It was harder than I thought it would be. Will keep trying tho. Appreciate any feedback :-) (And yeah... ran out of paper there on them tentacles 🤣)

the snail and the right boot I did before watching the demo, I felt like my lines were a bit hesitant and not strong enough. It took me a while to complete the left boot especially. The right boot I attempted after I had watched the demo and was reminded to SIMPLIFY! The beginning step of drawing a rough placement and shape was very helpful! It went with much more fluidity than I had expected and the lines to me seem more confident. I didn't have so much eraser action with that one as well.

the level two I feel like there was problems with likeness and perspective. Like the face seems to be tilted upwards rather than downwards in the original picture. Any feedback on that?

A great start. Looking forward to more. Could already take away a lot that I will implement.

Very nice! Like the grid you drew on the potato helps the eye discerning the curves
