Hi, Here is my assignment for this lesson! I've done it in a few steps, first I've tried to find the respective landmarks on an actual body, then i've tried to find angles of a ribcage and pelvis, and in the end, I've tried to make a figure drawing trying to replicate the landmarks I found!
It's a bit hard then you don't have a precise knowledge of anatomy, the hardest points for me to find are the position of a scapula and great trochanter

Studying anatomy is the road to hel*, and anyone who would endeavor to do so deserves kudos. Despite your struggles finding the scapula, you're pretty darn close. My mentor always stressed to me that it's not about the individual anatomy so much as it is the relationship between the different parts of the body - in this case, the pelvis and the shoulders. One way I've studied this is to look in the mirror and see how my body moves in response to different positioning. For example, what happens to my hips if I arch my shoulders back? Then, move around and observe how the two influence each other. Otherwise, you are doing an amazing job, and never stop drawing!

These characters are fun - I love the look of the penguin. However, I notice a lack of structure in some aspects of what you have submitted. Examples include the penguin's left foot, the positioning of your fingers, and the first character's shoulders. While I don't think this is from a lack of understanding of anatomy, it may be rooted in breaking things into simple enough forms. I am not great at this either - and these are exquisite compositions, and you have a natural talent.

Long time youtube watcher first time student. In looking over some of the other drawings - I am aware I need to use a 5th value but - I did three variants on the pear. The last one was done in 10 minutes. All further critique is appreciated.
