Stan and Marshall talk about toxic environments, how an artist’s family and/or school can create situations that hold them back and how to overcome them. A caller asks about creating an attractive portfolio for Disney and Stan actually forgot about this week’s “thang”.

COMMENTS
I’m 21 still living with my mom and her and my brother are the most supportive of my dream as you could possibly be. Buying me drawing courses and drawing supplies and my drawing tablets. They’re the best
I'm defiantly playing that "I'll show them" game. My parents aren't supportive in my art and writing and while they aren't trying to get me to quit, the environment I'm surrounded by isn't the best.
This was worth 5 stars! Also adding since I made it to the end of the video and want to answer the question/prompt at the end. I haven't overcome the environment yet but I'm in the process of building my own imprint for self-publishing novels and many of my stories will have art (plus I'm planning to do my own covers) so I'm building something that will delve into both writing and art. Hopefully, I'll have this started in a couple of months from now.
