Hi, critiques are very much appreciated! Please keep in mind that I'm not used to digital yet (I'm using a pen tab). These were really hard for me to do so I'd be glad to have someone point out my mistakes and what I can improve on. Thank you!

Hi @Nikolai Villavert, nice studies! I think you're placing the spine pretty well and you're good at conforming it to the motion. I found this exercise really tricky. It became considerably easier when I had studied the ribcage and pelvis; the thoracic portion and the ribcage are like a unit --> find the ribcage and you'll find the spine; sacrum is tucked into the pelvis-->find the pelvis and you'll find the sacrum. I'll do my best to help you further: - I would try to be a bit more mindful about the thickness and proportion of the spine. The spine goes from thicker in the lumbar region to thinner in the cervical region. The lumbar portion is a bit longer than half the thoracic portion, and the cervical portion is a bit shorter than half the thoracic portion. The sacrum is also larger than what you've drawn. - I think you might be placing the lumbar portion a bit too close to the surface. Just a thought: - I noticed that the Figure Drawing Fundamentals course wasn't in your course library. Have you taken it or anything equivalent to it? If you haven't I strongly recommend taking it before the anatomy course. The fundamentals it presents, like gesture and form, are crucial for figure drawing and you'll get much more out of the anatomy course if you have them behind you. You could think of it as the anatomy 1 course. If you think taking the figure drawing course would be good for you, feel free to tag me (@Jesper Axelsson ) in your first post of gesture quicksketches. Hope this helps :) Keep up the good work!

Hi! Critiques are very much appreciated. I never really learned the proper anatomy fundamentals or actually any of the fundamentals. Hoping for your feedback. Thank you!

The Radius bone at the wrist end can be simplified to a rectangular box shape. This will help you see the wrist in perspective easier. However I think the bigger issue is your line work (scratchy and wobbly lines). It makes it hard to read some areas. I think there are Proko videos on line quality. I do like how you simplified the humerus end into a cylinder though. Keep up the good work!
