In this lesson I demonstrate painting the truck in a night lighting scenario.
This is part one of my assignment, using local colour and extraction from a daylight reference shot.
i had to constantly remind myself to look back at reference otherwise I would just get lost in “coloring”. I could spend the rest of my life refining things but decided to move along.
My truck, used some reference from Dune, but I think I went bit too much on grays, lost too much color I think.
