LESSON NOTES
Sometimes when doing thumbnail caricature sketches, I get stuck and find myself repeating the same exaggeration choices over and over and I can’t seem to find inspiration to draw it any other way. I get stuck in a loop. It’s usually because the first sketch is somewhat good and I want to keep repeating what made it work.
In this example video of Tracey Morgan, I use a variety of different media to achieve different results to overcome artist’s block with experimentation.

ASSIGNMENTS
Can you tell me brand names of pencil and pen and other material you use?
Based on what I see by order of apparition:
Pencil - Have no idea, but any pencil with a 4B gradation would suffice
Pen - Normal ball point pen from the residence inn hotel... probably smuggled during a caricature convention
Brush pen - Faber Castell Pitt B
Grey Markers - Blick Studio cool greys
Charcoal pencil - Conté a Paris Pierre Noire 1710 B
I don't think there's very important though. Experiment with the materials you have closer to you.
Best Regards
