I think that just changing the direction of some of your shading could help the drawing look more 3d.
You don’t have to literally draw the cross contour lines (although it could be a good way to study). But use the cross contours to inform how you make the marks for shading.

This is a really cool study page. I like how you combined the different forms together.
Try softening the form shadows around the curved surfaces. This will help the drawing feel less flat.
Decided to try out rendering on a master study I was working on. Really enhanced the drawing!
Here are my assignments, it was very fun and much harder to execute than I thought. It can get complex pretty fast once u put more intricate shapes in play, figuring out where exactly light hits on the shape and what shape will the shadows take was the hardest part for me.
