Hello everyone I have a question is that i to draw in tintin herge style, anime style,flintstone style,ben 10 style and semi-realistic style and since my goal is to draw in that particular style and not to draw in realistic anatomy style then why should I spend time in learning real human anatomy and I am confused in it please shed light on it and end my confusion pleaseeeee!!!!!

Tintin still has accurate anatomy. Yes, they are still realistic, but it still has anatomy present (most of that book’s detail is in the backgrounds using the ‘masking effect’) Same with most anime, actually…

It might not be as important to learn more advanced anatomical structure or drawing technique if you're looking to draw in a style like you mentioned, but there's definitely value in studying basics of proportion and anatomy. Hergé's characters have anatomy that is stylized, yes, but it's mostly reflective of real life and not that exaggerated. Learning real human anatomy helps you understand where you can stylize or exaggerate without it looking off in a way that's not pleasing to look at.
Ultimately it's up to you what you want to learn/don't want to. You can always learn new things later if you find you need it. Reflect on what you want your art to look like and then go from there with deciding what to study. Good luck.
I agree. If you look at How to draw Anime books, most include a substantial section on anatomy, and then go on to explain how to change the anatomy to fit the various anime styles.
