Hi My wife gifted me the full anatomy bundle a couple of days ago, but it hasn't appeared in my account. We've both emailed support via the Help app on the website, but received no response. Proko support has always been really fast and responsive in the past, so I'm surprised and disappointed at the current situation. I appreciate that Proko is a relatively small operation, but I don't think it's unreasonable to expect a response to a simple customer support inquiry within 24hrs or so. As it stands, we're $450 out of pocket with no idea of what's going on. Any help with getting this resolved would be much appreciated. Thanks Matt
