Here's my snail. The ridges on the shell were tough to get as small C curves. I'm a little wobbly today on my straight lines. I didn't erase the under drawing so my construction process shows through. I suppose if I inked in drawing, that's when I would erase the under drawing. It was a fun exercise! Looking to do the boots next!

Forgot to add the horizon line of the board! Much better. The difference one little line makes. :-D

I'm starting to get it. Lay in the shapes with light lines. Choose the values and the fill of value in the shapes determines the edge. If the edges are directly next to each other with no overlap, those are sharp edges. It's paint by numbers in effect!

Nice! You’re getting it. Try not to outline the value shapes with a dark line — instead try to use the edge of the value shape to show the separation.
