Apologies for the poor photograph quality. The fish felt quite simple, but when it came to the seal, there was a lore more shifting in the perspective involved. I was originally going to add the back flipper, but I felt it hide too many of the cross contours and make it confusing to look at.
Edit: Level 1 by the way.

Actually I noticed some flaws and fixed some of the cross contouring on the seal. I also tried to make the side and front lines on the fish more visible since they aren't easy to see in the original image.

Second attempt at the project. Slightly better but the proportions are still off.

It seems like the ear was too high up and inwards, which may have shifted the placement of the eyes and jaw if their measurements were based on the ear's placement. It's always good to double check against different points when placing a feature. Like how you measured the ear being at the same level of the brow ridge on the outside, this same line can also be used to note that the top eyelid closest to the ear is also at that level. Your accuracy is getting pretty close though, keep at it! :)

This looks great. The proportions look correct. You could lower the jaw line a little bit. Thats all I notice.
