Looking good! I might try to soften the transitions in some areas like the "y" shape on the inside of the ear looks a little to consistent in it's form throughout where there is usually some variation between thin and fat areas and soft hills transitioning to sharper ones if that makes sense. Keep it up!
Hello Andrew. Here is my attempt at the larger than life ear study. I used a water based clay, WED EM-217
I found it difficult to get it right. So many turns and contours and plane changes in an ear. I guess that means I have to practice more of them. Please critique. Thank you.
Looking good so far! consider bringing it forward more (by checking the shape of the ear from the front view and building out the highpoint) right now it looks a little too flat. Keep it up!
