Hi @tiba122, great job! I think you've hit a sweet spot in the level of simplicity; the forms are geometric and managable, but it still looks like a human figure. Gesture is good too!
I'll do my best to help you further:
GESTURE
When I first submitted my mannequins for critique I had made them too stiff. So for my next set of mannequins I made sure to keep gesture top priority. A great approach is to start with a gesture drawing then add geometric forms on top. You can even bend the forms to follow and enhance the gesture; if the gesture of a thigh is a c-curve, bend the cylinder or box in a c-curve arc.
Don't feel obliged to connect everything either. I often find the complex connections to be the hardest to simplify, so you could start without them. I got this idea from a video thumbnail to one of Glenn Vilppu's courses on New Masters Academy (I attached a screenshot)
GROUNDPLANE
I was also told to indicate the ground plane with either perspective lines or a cast shadow to avoid "floating" figures.
Hope this helps :) Keep up the good work!
PS I attached my before and after of mannequins. Note how I dared to push her left leg in an s-curve and how much life it added.

I would some critique on my mannequinization, I feel like i've been having real trouble with the knees and elbows especially
I would worry more about the entire form than knees and elbows. Just "hint" at them in a mannequinization study. Your practice looks pretty good.

My first mannequin, please give some feed back. I really want to get better at this.
I'm new to this, but the most obvious example and the only thing I can see is how far off you are on the model's right leg. If you look at the gesture of the pose, you can see there are 2 curves that are not properly represented in your mannequin. The first is an s-curve connecting the pit of the neck, to the model's right leg. It goes from the neck to the sternum and crotch and continues down the leg to the foot. The second curve is a c-curve that connects the model's left armpit to the foot of the same leg. From this I suggest you work trying to better incorporate gesture into your mannequinization.

Here is my landmark assignment. I won't lie it was pretty intimidating especially during my first attempt, so some critiques would be very much appreciated. I think the part that was most difficult part was combining gesture with with bean. and placing the scapula.
