12th day.....and I made it :) Happy Holidays to all, this was soo challenging but so rewarding as well.
Here’s Day 12. The first 3 pages are 2 minute warm ups. While watching Ryan’s stream I started to combine the poses together to create panel compositions. The last page are all 10 minutes, fleshing out full characters from the pose. I really loved the last page, It’s simple but really dynamic. I just want to say thank you Proko team for the amazing free references and this challenge that helped me learn a lot and engage in creating with other artists. This was honestly one of the best ways to learn and should be done more often. Happy Holidays everyone and let’s all reach our artistic dreams!

Hello! Today, I took on the challenge by clicking on the link, and it turned out to be so much fun. Honestly, I wasn't familiar with the concept of a "lay in," but I approached it with a focus on significant shapes and accurate proportions. I selected around five pictures to work on, but it wasn't until later that I realized I had set the timer for 20 minutes for each one. I spent approximately 15 minutes on each, hoping for a chance to win. Fingers crossed!

Looking back at what I did when I took this class in 2018. Didn't realize its been so long, no wonder why I've forgotten everything and am now going back over

Hi! So I was working on the bean and I came across this image. I am asking for help because it is quite a dynamic pose and I am not exactly sure if I got the twist, lean, and foreshorten right. If anyone could provide some insight on this, I would love to listen. (Do not mind the bad quality)

Good morning , I'm redoing the bean lesson and this is what I think it might look like, but again I'm also relearning. Maybe someone can share their opinion on how it should be?

I like how you used the boxes for the shoulders in the fox. I couldnt get a closer look at the others to see how you designed with shapes, but it looks like you're doing good from what I can see

Good morning I tried for the first time on touch screen and pen this. I traced over the image because I didnt know how to put two images side by side in the program I used. Critique welcome, kindly keep in mind my line quality isnt great for first time with this type of drawing. thank you

2022/7/6. Good morning everybody. Here's my 30 mins warming up exercise. Recently I'm using 3D HD model for practicing portrait. Since they can be rotated or zoomed in & out, they are much more easy to use than normal pics if you want to practice the head and the features from different angles. Thanks a lot.

Hi there,
I was just wondering since I havent been on fb for quite some time. Did all the Proko groups stop on there? Are they now placed somewhere in this proko community or class?

Hey Guys. This is a full graphite portrait. I feel like I managed to get the likeness pretty well in the block in (after several attempts!) but then lost it a bit in the final render. The strange thing was that after doing a much more complete drawing, but before going to full render, I traced the photo and overlayed it on my drawing and everything matched up almost perfectly, so the differences were, at that point, extremely subtle. I unfortunately didn't take a picture of that part. Any thoughts on how and why I went off track would be really appreciated.
I was using Tombow Mono 100 Pencils (4H - 2B) on Canson Mi Tientes paper if anyone is interested. This was a birthday present for a friend.

Christopher Walken Abstract lesson3yr
I was just watching the abstract lesson and I see that the notes are for the rough sketch. Looks like the title has to be changed and possibly the lesson notes
I'm confused. Do I have to focus image and character than likeness?
