I bought Framed Perspective in anticipation of this course and read ahead. when i got to this part i agonized over it for 2 or 3 days before i understood it. I even asked people for help, its apparently a rare topic though, because nobody had a clue what i was blabbering on about. I am once again grateful for the geniuses that figured this all out so that dummies like me can pick it up in less than a week.

Repeating measurements in perspective is tricky when they must diminish.
You can measure back into space using one diagonal line. A diagonal drawn from a front corner through the distant center of your first unit perfectly scales divisions to the horizon.

yeah sameee! I bought framed perspective, and sometimes i get so confused. "fig whatever - connect line A-B to line C" like especially with reading probably because of my adhd. learning through a video format feels like cheating tbh
