It looks off, finally decided to learn anatomy after like a year. Any tips?

I don’t have the tools to trace, so I copied as best as I can. It’s probably clear I don’t know what I’m doing

Nothing wrong with this effort mate, you are killing it, keep going!

Finding the muscle placement is very hard for me but I tried my best

So much harder than it looks

It's hard but you did great! The grid lines do a good job of showing form. It's not as important as the overall shape of the muscle groups, but if you want a little bit more information in your drawing you can follow the muscle fibers with your lines. It will take a bit of research to figure out which direction they move at this point, but as you develop your understanding of the origin and insertion points of the muscles it will become more intuitive. Great work overall!

Torso muscles are probably my favourite to draw. Still have a lot to work on for arms.
Rachel Dawn Owens
Wow. These anatomy drawings look amazing.

I tried my best to follow, but some i just couldnt make out T_T, its a learning process but ill get there
Chuck Ludwig Reina
These look great. Part of the process is the repetition. In no time you'll start taking in the way each muscle overlaps and it will become second nature.

Starting point is now fixed. I guess this exercise serves to establish that I am not quite sure where the muscles connect or which way the fibers run. Time to start learning.
Rachel Dawn Owens
Take your time with your tracings and you will learn a lot here.

let it be known that your girl does not know what she is doing. like at the slightest. I am confused and feeling even more helpless than I felt before this course. yay! :)
Rachel Dawn Owens
It’s ok! Fake it till you make it, right? For the most part, your intuition is is approximately correct on these anatomy tracings, The spot I noticed the biggest issues was the last one. The shoulder can be confusing. I’m sure you will dig into it more as you progress through these lessons. I tried to keep it simple. This is closer to the correct anatomy for the shoulder. Hope this helps. Keep it up!

How can we do a tracing in the beginning of the course when we don't yet know any muscles...?

im pretty sure that the whole point of the first lesson is to create an initial landmark as to where you stand in your knowledge of the body when you first begin this course. Proko acknowledged that he was aware no one in the course had vast knowledge of anatomy yet, the whole point is to judge the body by its shape and form and map out the muscles going off of observation -- by practice and looking at diagrams, it's perfectly possible to map out the muscles and tendons atop the skeleton -- then later down the track when you have gained more knowledge and learned more things from Proko lessons you should be able to come back to these first tracings and refine them.

These are great anatomy tracings! What are you confused about?

I did it in two ways, the first ones have the names, and the others dosents and I tried to make it more simple, it was fun!!! I used the 5 models.

It took a couple attempts but I think I did okay. Following along definitely helped me get better at reading the planes of the body but I could always do better.
