Very Interesting perspective. I lost my yearbook long ago, but I get the concept. In retrospect, I realized that while doing the mirroring lesson, I had thought almost unconciously that the shapes of lights and darks were similar to a lots of different heads I had seen over the years in a neoclassical art. The light showed the forms tended to be broad and simplififed. It gave all the heads a family resemblance.

I really liked how you explained this. I've always had a problem getting a likeness. This gives me a different way to think about it.
