Hey Trent! Really appreciated all of the advice you had to offer! I'm currently following another class and took the opportunity to apply what you teach here to the piece. I learned a lot from it (Namely that I need to pick up the pace and work on my render game), and I would appreciate any and all feedback :) Thanks again for the great class VJ
So, I am working on a game, so the theme isn't a "facillty", but it is an atrium or level in an ancient-yet technologicallyadvanced society. The main feature is a light-siphon to bring light from the surface into the lower city. I designed the architectural elements, but a modeler made the samples. The perspective was fudged, but I tried to get it decent but not fuss over every minute detail.
Great commentary on the work. The blocking and ideation is helpful. Looking forward to my own paintover.
