2021/8/23. Hi everyone. Here's my second attempt. I get the feeling that the deltoids are too big (especially the lateral head) and the clavicle and the head of humerus aren't in the right place. Thank u for any suggestions or comments.

Hi @Marco Sordi , nice study!
I attached a paintover. I think the humerus should be moved up a little, to fit into the scapula. Now that the deltoid attachment comes higher up it will not be as large.
I hope this was helpful :)
I haven't watched Stan's video yet, because I wanted to give the drawing a try without "copying" him. I'll go through his video and retry later.
I drew this quick study to understand the bicep better. It's out of my imagination, so I'm not sure if the proportions are right. Please critique.
2021/8/17. Hi everybody. This is my (wrong) assignment for this section. After I've checked Stan's video I realized that the insertion (as I designed it) was wrong and the only visible section was the frontal one (and part of the lateral one). Let's try again...
My notes on the drawing talk about the length of the deltoid being about the same as the length of the face. Use your hand to measure your own deltoid by placing the thumb at the acromioclavicular joint (the bump at the top of the deltoid). Then, place your pinky finger at the base of the deltoid mass, on your upper arm. You may have to stretch your hand out a bit to get the whole deltoid. Now, without changing the distance of your hand, carefully place your pinky on your chin and your thumb about the hairline (in my case, my hairline left me long ago hah, hah, hah). This is also the same length as your tricep or forearm. I think these proportions are amazing.
Hey Marco, I'm super impressed with the amount of work you publish. Keep up the practice and you'll become a master illustrator. Your model, Laura, makes a great subject because her muscles have such great definition. I think you've drawn the deltoid mass too long. I'm attaching a very quick attempt to show the difference. I'm using Laura's photo #176 because it shows the deltoid nearly straight on.
