Congratulations, we made it to the end of the course! As you continue your studies, remember to be patient with yourself and enjoy the process. Gesture drawing is tough and it takes time to really feel solid with it. Don’t stress about getting everything perfect—mistakes are part of learning. Keep moving forward, use gesture as the foundation, and let your drawings grow from there. And when you feel like you’re stuck or just want a refresher, come back and revisit the lessons. You’ll probably pick up new things you didn’t notice the first time.

Yeah. Patience and grace. Be kind to past and present you: future you relies on it!
Thanks for all the kind words throughout, Michael. I appreciate it. I will definitely be coming back to the hands and feet videos for sure! Already have a couple times ;-)

Even though I missed my chance to be apart of the fun critique videos on the last couple of lessons. I would love to greatly appreciate on what ya did for us with this gesture drawing course Michael. I had such a blast learning on how to approach it more slowly and at my own pace alongside each assignment. They truly helped me opened up my mind a lot more on focusing on the fundamentals of it all way more then when I learned it previously through my college which I appreciate. I sure hope you plan on creating more fun courses like this in the upcoming future. I so would gladly take them as well. This was such a overall fun journey. Thanks Michael.

I’m so glad I took this course – especially alongside the figure construction one – they really tie together well. @Michael Hampton's clear, step-by-step approach, with each stage building on the last, helped remove the mystique and took the fear out of tackling figures for me. Thank you!

Michael. Thank you so much for holding this class in gesture. Came at the right time for me. I was stuck in your figure drawing class at gesture and jumped at the chance to take this class so I could focus on gesture only. I’ve learned a ton and see a lot of improvement in my drawings. I’m returning to the figure drawing class and can finally move past the gesture stage of the drawing process.
