I wish it was possible to turn of the jazz music in the background in this video because I have a really hard time to focus on what you are saying. And I think the muscles in the forearm is the hardest to learn yet .

Alright guys, it's time to go in-depth with the extensor muscles. I'm assuming you already watched Part 1, so let's jump right in.

Squished between the ridge muscles and extensor digitorum is the “floating muscle,” extensor carpi radialis brevis. The ridge muscle it's touching is actually named extensor carpi radialis longus.
