I wish it was possible to turn of the jazz music in the background in this video because I have a really hard time to focus on what you are saying. And I think the muscles in the forearm is the hardest to learn yet .

Dude I totally feel this! I have ADHD and there's this one specific background music he uses for some of the parts and every time I hear it I'm like "D:<" idk why

That's not the first time I hear this and unfortunately I don't think they'll rework the video soon or at all. There's a few things you can try that may help like changing the mixing levels of your PC to a configuration that highlights the voice or turning on the subtitles (they are very on point) and turning down or off the sound.
