Ugh, this demo went somewhat over my head, I think I'd need the anatomy course to be able to follow, so I just did the usual stages again.

Looks great! Agreed, anatomy can be a lot. I think you have a fantastic foundation now though. Your drawing is ready whenever you're up for it.
