During this sketching session, I noticed how delicate the model's facial features were. Out of curiosity, I asked and found out she was a friend from Myanmar. Thinking back, I realized I haven't really had many chances to draw Southeast Asian faces.
This time, I used two shades of purplish-red, and the combination turned out to be surprisingly pleasant. Next time, I'd like to try lower-saturation tones or perhaps work on darker paper. I feel like using such high-saturation colors has even made my eye floaters more noticeable!
