I'm not too familiar with this DND stuff and hence the exact nature of this art, i.e., what is the purpose exactly? If this is based off a photograph then again I can't say much. But if it is imaginary work, then with my limited knowledge, i think shape design could use some work. Sinix has a lot of tutorials on Youtube for aesthetically pleasing design. Think "big, medium, small". But that also means that if this is something like character design, then the character could use some stylistic enhancements and styling in general to convey the exact nature/personality of the character.
