Like many other people here in these threads, I have contacted Proko Support several times to request a refund, but I haven't received any response. Could someone please help me resolve this issue? I am also having trouble downloading image packs and haven't been able to find a work around. Is there a global issue with this or is client side? @Proko Support @Stan Prokopenko
