Greetings, I created this digital painting today and wanted to share it with you guys. I wonder what I can improve on and accept all kind of critique.
lower the saturation if you want to copy (wrong word sorry) the light in the ref. great work
Great portrait! the only thing i could add and this is only if you wanted to make it closer to the photo is the color temperature, I think the skin tone in your painting is a little warmer, I made a different version but the only thing I changed is a new layer with color mode with like 16% lightblue to make it cooler. Anyways, cool painting!
Thanks a lot! I see what you mean. I really struggle to pick the right colors. Its so hard and even harder in traditional media. I don't know how people learn this insane skill qwq.
What program did you use to paint that portrait?
