Pear Demo (again)

Okay, I had a bit of a break over the holidays, and I figured it'd just be best to start again since I only did the first lesson anyways
Here's my second attempt at the Pear shading demo, and I'd love to get some feedback! Reducing it to 5 shades was harder than I thought it would be, but I'm a lot more confident this time!

Hey scrappypumpkin,
You did a pretty good job separating the values, but they are very far apart. If you squint you'll notice the shadow values are much closer together.
I did a quick sketch to show you what I mean, I hope it helps :)

Thank you for the advice! After watching the demo I noticed I needed to add a bit more buffer, and had mocked this up to explain to myself where I had kinda missed, it's good to see it's more similar to your example than my first attempt!
